We can offer bed and breakfast accommodation in our own house, and also in the cottage a short distance away.

The sleeping accommodation in the house consists of:

• One ensuite family room with one double and two single beds
• One ensuite family room with one double and one single bed

These rooms take four and three persons respectively but we are usually happy to let them as double or twin rooms for two persons.

The sleeping accommodation in the cottage consists of

• One double bedroom
• One twin bedroom

The cottage will only be let to one party of people at a time (up to 4 persons + baby), so that they will have exclusive use of the cottage with its bathroom, kitchen and lounge.

The price for bed and breakfast in the house ranges between £25 and 30 UK pounds per person per night, according to the time of year. There are reductions for children and for large groups. There is no charge for children under the age of four.

Cottage available for B&B from £30 - £35 per person per night or self catering from £55- £85 per night

Cancellation policy: Credit card deposit of £20 non refundable.  Cancellations within 24 hours of your stay will result in the full price being deducted, so please ensure you have cancellation insurance.

"Gairloch View" is a modern bungalow equipped to a high standard, catering for all your needs and comforts. The large guest lounge, with open fire, has magnificent sea views out towards Gairloch on the mainland and the mountains of Wester Ross beyond. Colour television and video are available.

Both bedrooms have sea views overlooking Gairloch. They each have an ensuite shower with electric shaver point and heater, and tea and coffee making facilities.

Each cottage has fully fitted kitchen, lounge with comfortable furnishings and colour TV, bathroom with bath and shower, shaver point and heater. The bedrooms are tastefullly furnished and have electric heaters. Barbecue equipment and chairs are supplied for the garden. The cottage lounge and bedroom photos shown here are of the cottage "Kenmore".

We are registered as Disabled Category 3, meaning that the accommodation is suitable for visitors with mobility difficulties. Although we do not meet the full criteria to be registered for Category 2 we do find that assisted wheelchair users have a very satisfactory experience here, there is however no wheelchair ramp. There is an extra, very large, bathroom available as well as the ensuite facilities that go with the bedrooms. We will provide all possible assistance to disabled guests.
