Bed and Breakfast:

There are 2 large en-suite bedrooms. One is a Quad Room and can accommodate up to 5 persons, while the Triple Room accommodates up to 3 persons. The rooms can be let as Double/Twin, Triple or Quad.

COSTS:

Prices range from £30 to £35 per adult per night

children aged 5 to 10 years - £15

Kenmore Cottage:

Kenmore Cottage has 1 Double and 1 Twin room plus private bathroom and kitchen. The cottage is available to rent for weekly lets preferably but, if available, can be booked for shorter breaks. The cottage can accommodate up to 4 persons (plus a baby). The prices are inclusive of linen, towels, heating and electric. There are basic groceries provided, such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, washing up liquid, toilet roll, kitchen roll, all cleaning materials and cloths.

Anmara Private Apartment:

The apartment can be booked on a Bed and Breakfast basis (i.e. coming down to the main house in the morning for breakfast), renting the apartment in this way allows you the flexibility to cook your own evening meal. All we ask is that you leave the apartment as clean and tidy as you found it. Anmara can also be rented out on a room only basis (i.e. self-catering). The apartment has 1 x Double and 1 x Twin room (2 x single beds), fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The prices are inclusive of linen, towels, heating and electric. There are basic groceries provided, such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, washing up liquid, toilet roll, kitchen roll, all cleaning materials and cloths.

Deposits required:

Kenmore Cottage Self Catering: We require credit card details to confirm the booking with the full amount due 4 weeks prior to your holiday. In the event of a cancellation, after the balance is paid, the balance will be refunded less a booking fee of £50 only if the week or weeks are re-let. If the period is not re-let, then the full balance will be retained. Please make sure you take out cancellation insurance.

Deposit B & B and Apartment: We require credit card details as deposit to confirm the booking with the full amount payable on arrival. In the event of cancellation within 48 hours, the first night's booking will be payable. Please make sure you take out cancellation insurance
